The requirement for Nearly Zero Energy Building is set out in the European Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD). Follow this link for further information. nZEB is implemented through the Technical guidance documents Part L Conservation of Fuel and Energy of the Building Regulations which came into force in 2019.
