In recent years, they have returned to work in Dublin. Their team has successfully delivered the 245‑bedroom citizenM Hotel on Bride Street, a milestone project marking the global hospitality brand’s entry into the Irish market. They are currently on site progressing the construction of Premier Inn’s flagship hotel development at the Clerys Quarter. The 229-bedroom hotel is in the heart of the city at Earl Place, just off O’Connell Street.

In parallel, they are constructing Twilfit House, a 9-storey Premier Inn Hotel, consisting of 215 bedrooms, with a restaurant and bar on the ground floor overlooking Wolf Tone Park in the heart of Dublin City Centre.

They have opened their new Dublin headquarters on Dawson Street, reinforcing their long‑term commitment to growing their presence and strengthening their relationships across Ireland.
