This average product EPD is for Moore Concrete’s precast concrete L wall. The results presented in this EPD are the results for a weighted average of the concrete mixes and steel reinforcement of the L wall products manufactured by Moore Concrete in 2021. The raw materials are cements, GGBS, aggregates, admixtures,
reinforcing steel and lifting accessories. In addition, consumables include steel and timber formwork, release agents and curing agents, plastic and concrete spacers. In addition, consumables include wood for formwork, release agents and curing agents, and plastic spacers. The products are manufactured in accordance with the
following standards: EN 13369 ‘Common rules for precast concrete products’; EN 15258 ‘Precast concrete products. Retaining wall elements’.
The precast units are delivered to site on flat-bed trucks. No product packaging is used in the delivery to the customer, other than re-useable wood skids, as and when needed.
