AeroBarrier by Aeroseal Ireland is an automated building envelope airtightness sealing system that eliminates uncontrolled air leakage in buildings. Ideal for new build and deep retrofit low-energy projects and high-performance projects such as Passive House and EnerPHit. It works by releasing a fine non-toxic sealant mist into a pressurised building using a blower door system. Microscopic airtightness sealing particles are drawn to leakage points, sealing gaps up to 12mm. The system also identifies larger leaks needing manual repair. It operates under controlled conditions, provides real-time airtightness data, and consistently achieves specified performance targets on the first attempt.
