The team at Branach Developments Limited specialises in restoring new life into old homes. They purchase derelict properties in all areas of Ireland with a view to renovating to an A-rated BER standard and then re-selling back to the open market using local agents in the area in which they are working. Each of their homes are finished to a minimum A3 Ber energy rating which is achieved using the latest technology in air to water heating systems airtightness membrane and insulation. They find that most of their buyers are from the areas where they are renovating properties in and are delighted to be staying within their communities while buying an energy efficient house at an affordable price. Branach business model is regenerating local communities’ schools and supporting local Businesses by renovating Derelict properties in rural Ireland.
